Arcadis pitch process
As part of a pitch process we did at AKQA for Arcadis – one of the worlds largest design, engineering and management consulting company – I came up with the concept, and design for a couple of digital services and products they could leverage: both for a B2B scenario and a more consumer focused one.
Along side these, we made a campaign & concept platform that talked about how tangible their work is; a move away from their traditional inside-out (and technical) campaigns.
Augmented Reality App
To leverage their best-in-class data sets and knowledge, we came up with a concept for a first-draft, project scope tool, that could help users get an initial overview of the most important pit-falls and hidden potentials for their specific project or development site.
IoT product
A digital product and concept, more geared towards end consumers and B2B partnerships, we came up with an indoor climate sensor and app concept. The idea was to also utilise Arcadis’ brand and class leader position as a ‘seal of approval’ towards homeowners and real estate brokers, and to demonstrate Arcadis back end capabilities parred with in-home devices and ecosystems – delivering unmatched data driven insights.
Communications platform
To support the vision for the digital products and services, I came up with an over arching campaign platform. Arcadis’ usual type of communication typically involved a more inside-out and technical approach, were as the route I chose was one more geared towards a general public awareness, building a sense of achievement on societal level. Showcasing the – very tangible – world Arcadis help to build. A world that very much can be seen, heard and felt.
