RAIDO
Visual identity and guidelines for non-profit RAIDO (old nordic for “travel” and/or “overcoming obstacles”). Bridging gaps between youth, education and technology, RAIDO needed a visual representation that could go from modern and playful to serious and timeless.
A clean sans serif forms the main word mark along with a stylised compass arrow to tie it to their nordic roots. Colour and gradient combinations adds to the purposeful broad spectrum of usage for the identity.
I made examples for future expansion on the guidelines, like logo variants, photo styles and various product examples. The main concept was to let RAIDO have the freedom and flexibility to tailor their messaging and guidelines over time and through usage, whilst still having a distinct branding and look.
